Orders cannot be cancelled once production has been started.

Payment Terms

Payment Terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise noted. Prices subject to change.

Overruns/Underruns

Although every effort is made to ship exact quantities, we reserve the right to ship +/- 5%. The customer will be charged accordingly.

Repairs and Returns

We reserve the right to repair or replace merchandise instead of issuing credit. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please call Prodigy Headwear and ask for the returns and repair department. Returned merchandise must be returned with pre-paid freight and will not be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns, or items returned in non-original packaging, are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Shipping

All orders shipping to USA are FOB Blaine, WA unless noted. All orders shipping to Canada are FOB Langley, B.C unless noted. The minimum order shipped to any outlet is $200.00. All shipment errors or claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Prodigy Headwear will not be held responsible for any discrepancies reported after 7 days.

Pricing is based upon customer supplying camera-ready, colour separated artwork.

Is your Artwork Camera-ready?

"Camera-ready Art" refers to black and white reproduction grade copy of type, logo and /or imprint, ready for reproduction without additional touch-up. If clean up is required on non camera-ready art is supplied there will be a flat fee charge of $80.00 per logo.

Art should be supplied in Adobe Illustrator format (.EPS or .AI) on a computer file compatible with our PC system.

Scans, Faxes, photocopies, business cards and embroidered items do not constitute camera-ready artwork. However, these items are good references for general logo information and colours.

Embroidery

Customers must provide fully-digitized embroidery file for all embroidery orders. Art supplied should be on an embroidery disc plus a paper printout. We reserve the right to individually price each piece of artwork based on changes needed. If digitizing is required to set up a new logo, please supply good quality art for proper reproduction. Also include Pantone or thread colours relating to the logo. Digitizing charges will apply on new logo set ups.
